Package details and tour production subject to change without notice. Tickets will be distributed based on your elected delivery method. Your merchandise will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. VIP DETAILS WILL BE EMAILED OUT BY touralert@vipnation.com 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE SHOW. If you have not received this 3 days before the show please contact us immediately (info@vipnation.com). All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. All sales are final. You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver & release of liability. Bob Dylan will be a phone-free experience. Use of cell phones and smart watches will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival, all guests will be required to secure their phones and smart watches in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.
Only paper tickets will be distributed and will be available for pick up at will call; patrons can pick up tickets at the box office when arriving at the theatre for their performance or as early as 10 a.m. Friday October 27, 2023.
Patrons MUST have ID when picking up tickets. Tickets will not be released to patrons who do not have ID or proof of purchase. If adding an alternate pickup name, the PURCHASER must inform the box office.
An emergency line will be available for patrons to be contacted during the event. Patrons who are on call or who have concerns about being able to be contacted for emergencies during the event should give the box office phone number (518) 346-6204 as the emergency contact.
