The Last Shot, is a bold, vivid American biographical film, produced and directed by Prince Sprauve, Founder and CEO of Prince Sprauve Visual,LLC, D/B/A Quiet On Set, based out of Schenectady, N.Y.

The Last Shot provides a chilling glimpse into the tragic death of 15 year old Eddie Stanley Jr., a Schenectady High School Varsity Basketball Standout murdered as a result of gun violence.

This short yet powerful film reveals the activities of this young athlete’s last day of life and what led to his senseless and untimely death. This film introduces the audience to who Eddie was as a person, a young man, a human being and unfortunately a victim, whose life and promising future was snatched unfairly by gun violence.

This real life film production, in collaboration with The Boys and Girls Club of Schenectady, Schenectady County Connect, the New York State Gun Violence Prevention Initiative, Quiet on Set, and the County of Schenectady, was created to bring attention to the gun violence that plague local communities across this country. This film will serve as a creative tool to ignite in-depth conversations about the impact of this type of violence and how the community can begin a dialogue of honesty, transparency and healing from this epidemic crisis.
